Logging In

You must be logged in to access some features of the Pennsylvania Child Support Enforcement Training Institute (PACSETI) Learning Management System (LMS). When you first registered in the LMS, you should have received a username and password.  If you have not received your username and password, please contact the PACSETI Help Desk at pacsetiWebTeam@outreach.psu.edu or 855-227-6750.

To log in:

1. Click Login.
2. The Penn State Sign in page opens.

   

3. Enter your User ID followed by “@psu.edu” (e.g., abc123@psu.edu).  Include “@psu.edu” after your user ID even if you don’t have a PSU email address. Then click Next.
4. In the Password text box, type your password.
   
5. Click Sign in.
